RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND

No, We do not accept returns or exchanges Due to our items being made to order, unless there is mistake on our side

You choose the fabric, color, size and specific design of a piece of furniture that is then made specifically for you.

If your item arrives physically damaged upon delivery or misprinted or broken, or wrong size deliver, you can raise a request for the claim

within 48 hours of the delivery post. We will review the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or offer a refund for the damaged item.

Yes, it's free On only Prepaid orders and + there is an additional 5 % discount (across India).

Yes, but On COD (Cash on delivery) orders having an additional charge of Rs. 59/-.

No, at the moment we are not deliver to International.

Yes, you can cancel your item(s) within three hour after your order is confirmed. After 3 hour, cancellation will not be possible..

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also login to your account to track your order.

Our products deliver usually within 5 – 7 days (working days) but there can be unforeseen delays due to covid restrictions, Adress Issues , Customer availability, Incorrect Phone no. etc.

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we start offering such a service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.
