No Return, No Exchange Policy

- No Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased from our store. Every item is made to order, that is your item is made just for you. Due to our items being made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is mistake on our side. Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase before finalizing your transaction.
- Refund & Replacement : If your item arrives physically damaged upon delivery or misprinted or broken, or wrong size deliver, you can raise a request for the claim within 48 hours of the delivery post. We will review the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or offer a refund for the damaged item.
